Chapter 1 - Unexpected road trip, party of one please.

What does devastated Kate Ferson do after a heart-shattering break up with her two-timing fiance of six years? She packs her bags and drives away. Without a second thought, Kate makes the hazardous journey to her once childhood home in Toronto, Canada. Kate's strategy is to go back and redefine who she is. However, when Kate arrives in Toronto and she is only greeted with two complete strangers, not her loving great aunt, Kate is worried she would not be able to fulfill her wishes.
Now she must make the choice to run away again or let these two strangers help her with a little of that Canadian hospitality.
