"So, you see me," he took a step closer, you stepped back "you hear me," another step closer, your arms fell, "tell me, my child," he began to whisper, his already appealing accent taking on an added velvet quality. "Can you," His breath tickled your cheeks as he stepped even closer, goose bumps rising on your arms, "feel me?" In a final step, he was against you. Your legs pressed against your dresser, there was no more room to back away.
