Scarlett is your average eighteen year old. Well average eighteen year old shifter anyway. She has just turned a major corner in her life and has finally developed the ability to shift. But it seems that in Scarlett’s life nothing good comes without consequence, as she is forced into battle with her fellow pack members and friends in a competition for the future Alpha and the title of Alpha female. Will Scarlett’s desire for survival out do her needs as a woman or will fighting for a life with a man she doesn't like, let alone love, prove too be a fate worse than death?
