For almost seventeen years of his life, Michael Williams was an average teenager working his way through college. But when what should have been a quiet walk leads to an encounter with a strange creature, he finds himself kidnapped by an enigmatic woman seeking to use his talents. But cryptids aren't the only thing he must worry about- sometimes the secrets kept by those around him can be just as dangerous.
