In a Land known as "the Enigma Province", where a cataclysmic event occured here long ago, magic is highly unstable. backfiring upon the user, possibly killing them. it is so unstable that magic has been banned in all major city's, due to it hurting civilians. but there is a guild here working in the shadows that is said to have the knowledge to know how to controlwith the guild being around here for many era, causing trouble in enigma, there are guilds dedicated to destroying them.
