One: Skye Midnight

Heartache is an odd word.
It means "aching of the heart", sure, but what counts as 'aching'?
Pain?
But isn't heartache metaphorical?
Or maybe it's got to do with emotions?
Skye isn't sure, but she wants to find out.

Skye sets out to discover heartache, and encounters Alex along the way.
Alex is interesting; they're unlike the boring people of the world who just follow the rules.
Alex asks questions, like Skye does.
They challenge the rules.
So maybe with Alex, Skye can have her question answered.
