Prologue

It is year 1930, and I was in my bedroom looking at the window, alone. Just alone. While watching kids and adults walking around with cardboard in front of them with writing on it. I can't clearly see what's written on it. But let's just say, there's a few people doing that. And some are lining up for something, I'm guessing they're waiting for soup. Oh didn't I introduced you to myself. Well my name is Helen. I'm a 13 year old girl. Right now, everyone where I live that's Australia and also Germany are having the most unpleasant time, we ever went into..... At least, I have a little to live for.
