Richard had no idea what life had in store for him. He was all but a blank slate after high school ended, with no idea where he would go. Through a matter of chance, he didn't find a job - his job found him. Though his surroundings were unfamiliar, serving the village of animals, he knew that his life would change - for better and for worse.
