Description
Sirens are foretold to be breathtakingly beautiful, enchanting, and merciless with their victims. A siren's voice is like poison to their prey: it consumes, it tortures, it destroys. To give mercy to the humans is to be weak, but mercy is all their Princess is made of. Aelila Corearien is the opposite of any other siren. She's selfless, affectionate, incapable of a kill: weak. When the humans poison her kind with a new deadly weapon after years of not attacking, it costs Aelila one of her own and her mother's impending wrath.
