Chapter 1 -- Libraries and rain

After Sandra Forrester's werewolf attack everything changes. To deal with her new condition she has to uproot from her old life and relocate to the only place in Britain safe for people like her: Glasgow. At the same time, werewolf regulations have never been tighter, what with all werewolves in Britain being marked, catalogued and under surveillance. The Glaswegian wolves, most of which where victims of "The Palace Attack" a decade ago, are having to find hope in each other in these hard times but will Sandra be welcome in their midst?
