Years after the events of Kamen Rider Dragon Knight peace between Ventara and Earth has been well maintained. With only a select few actually knowing the truth. That was until more advent beast began to appear causing panic and confusion. Unfortunately that was the least of the Rider's worries. New armored warriors with Advent Decks control these beast. They call themselves the Terror Riders, and their goal is to take over both worlds... And they will vent anything that gets in their way.
