Chapter One: Enough

Seventeen year old Ember caulfield has been in care since her parents died in a car crash ten years ago. None of her relatives wanted to take her in as they believed she was a "delinquent" and "troublemaker".

One night, after taking a severe beating from her foster parents and foster brother she gathers all the money she can, steals a car and drives until she reaches a town named Redwood.

Here, she is attacked and bitten by wild wolves and will soon learn about the world of the supernatural and who her real enemies are...
