Emma was just visiting a friend. Alex was busy writing their next record.

Temporary was all it was meant to be. She would leave and he would go back to the way his life was before he met her. It was supposed to be casual, nothing serious. But when the clock runs out, they might find themselves in the deep end of their own little ocean, both unsure if they're going to sink or swim.

Maybe it wasn't as temporary as they had planned for it to be.
