Not loud enough for anyone on the first floor to hear but if I had to bet most if not all of the second floor heard those words spill from his mouth. He gags me with the same cloth he used on my hands and feet shortly after. Tears streak down my cheeks as he bends over next to my ear and whispers, "You're going to regret that decision." And I did.
