Once you hear those two words in a courtroom, you gotta get your butt off the seat and stand to respect the judge who walks in to handle the case.

Two people.

One named, the Plaintiff.

The other, the Defendant.

They take their swear and present their case infront of a judge for him or her to judge and to give his or her opinion and verdict.
