Izuku Midoriya was not accepted by any high school in the nation due to being quirkless, but now, he is an insane villain with a pet Noomu that seeks a medium between heroes and villains, among other questionable things and some understandable requests. Will Izuku ever be able to be his normal self again, or is his sanity lost forever?!! Will Kacchan ever win Deku's heart?!! Or perhaps Todoroki-kun will?!! PerhAPS NO ONE AT ALL BECAUSE IZUKU IS TOO OBSESSED AND INSANE?!!! Probably the latter. And last but not least~~~! WILL IZUKU CONVINCE SOCIETY THAT HEROES NOWADAYS ARE POOP?
