Prologue

We falter as we reminisce.

We try to find new meanings in life.

But with all our efforts, is any of it worth it?

Try and do your best, they say. It will become better.

But does it really ever get better? Or will it get worse?

I've lost myself. With no way forward and no way back, I am stuck. Stuck in a neverending maze. My soul seems to be gone as well as any sense of self. And yet, here I am, still existing and still reminiscing of the past that I will never regain. This world is beautiful, but there is no place in it for my existence.
