"You said you'd protect me..." She whimpered, still shaken by the nightmare. "I'm still protecting you, you're safe. I won't let anyone hurt you." He held her close, rocking her softly. All he could think of is who could damage her little heart so much "Thanks doofus." She hugged him tighter, sniffing quietly "Smile, dork." She giggled at him, before falling back into a deep sleep. How could he love someone so much? He thought as he fell back into the bed with her, sleeping just as peacefully with her now. ------------------------------ Don't you just love the feeling of falling for someone. It's like a rollercoaster or, better yet, a new adventure to travel on. That's what Irene wanted falling in love to feel like. Isaiah Hernandez made it hard for that to be accomplished though
