Saito is a second-year student in Namimori Middle School. Aside from being Captain of the kendo club, he's also the devoted Vice-President of the Disciplinary Committee, and he's very strict in implementing the school rules.... Although he isn't quite good at getting along with people. So when a bumbling brunette runs by him on his way to school, he doesn't know what to do.
