Jerome and Harley are back in Arkham, better than ever...one problem, they've been dethroned from Gothams underground kingdom. Pushed aside by Sofia Falcone, and forced to rule in Asylum instead. Once a king and queen, now a prince and princess....they aren't too happy about that.
But perhaps with the help of the creme de la crazy, they'll get their kingdom back. And they aren't playing so nice to get it.
