Chapter 1

A young man, living on an island on the oceans of a planet-wide archapelago, discovers the abilities he has practiced using since childhood are used by hundreds of others, who participate in an annual festival of supernatural abilities. Abilities that can do conceivably anything. Abilities called: Psi-ken.
