Prologue

I never asked for any of it. I was just a teenager. I didn't know anything. But, because of my birth, I was dragged into a world I didn't understand. Of course the circumstances of my birth were illegal. Not only that, I was extremely dangerous, as I was soon to find out. These two types of mystical creatures should've never had children. The offspring were said to be catastrophic. Of course, before me, that was simply an assumption. I didn't know my parents. Should they not have fallen in love? Maybe, but then I wouldn't exist. I wasn't a hero, but every life is worth something, right? That was what I told myself anyway. Would the world have been better off without me?
