Chapter I

My mom was gripping me hard enough to cause bruising. "Listen to me, Lily. You have to run. Run as fast as you can. Don't stop until you feel safe. Do you understand?" My mom was trembling so hard that she was shaking me.

Her next few words were quick and she shouted them to me. "Lily. They are searching for you. Run!"

Lily is a happy, carefree teenage girl right up until a rogue attack tears her life apart. Surprise after surprise is thrown at her, and Lily's life quickly begins to tumble out of her control. Will she be able to handle it? More importantly, will she even be able to escape with her life?
