Betty left her best friends Veronica and Archie but soon became best friends with Toni and Jughead, quickly becoming a serpent and falling in love with Jughead. Meanwhile Veronica became best friends with one of Archie's triplets, Cheryl and Jason and Polly tried to keep their relationship up with the tracks between them.
