chapter 1 Cole

Violet is 17 years old who is still trying to find her way. Still trying to come to terms with her parents death seven years later after an awful car accident and having to live in a foster home is a lot to deal with.

Cole is 18 years old, who is on the high school basketball team and is surrounded by loads of friends, but everything isn't as perfect as it seems. Struggling with his father being in prison and the rest of his family being so distant. Cole has nobody to turn to.

When Violet and Cole first meet and are put together for a history project, they never knew how their lives would change again.
