Chapter 1: "The beginning."

Sidney Rayne Williams is the governor's younger daughter. She absolutely hates how she must live her life, so during the hangings, she runs away onto a ship with a familiar face. She fakes her own death and becomes a pirate with her long time friend, Alex. He protects her when danger comes. Sidney ends up adopting 'Rayne' as her name. Knowing she'd be hung by the neck if she became a pirate, she figured it is better than hiding away as a beggar in the allies of the streets. Rayne overcomes battles, obstacles, even death. She stands strong and fights whatever steps in her way. This is her Legacy. (Going to edit this and make it sound better.)
