Seventeen year old Mathew Simons childhood has consisted of traveling around with his dad, a popular journalist. Now they are settling do in a small affluent town in New England called, Colebrook. Mathew isn't so set on this idea.

Corrine jumps at the opportunity when she discovers a website where she can post her writing. With the help of her undisclosed pen name she becomes and enigma online. Meanwhile Mathew to finds this website too. He not being much of a writer himself he just enjoys reading it. He soon falls in love with this Covert through what she writes... if only he knew who it was.
