Prologue

A young wolf is abandoned next to Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry. Luckily, he is discovered by a young and talented wizard named Newt. Newt takes in the young pup and names him Canis after the first wolf. Years later, they find themselves in New York and it isn't long before trouble seems to follow them. Will they be able to come out of it and make some new friends along the way? Or will their pasts finally catch up with them?
