When You Wish Upon A Star

Victoria is an orphan who has Cerebral Palsy. She lives in an orphanage in London. She feels misunderstood by the other orphans. Her mother gave her a bunch of Disney movies, when she was a baby and that was the only way to make her happy. One day, Victoria wishes to be adopted. Little does she know, that wish will change her life forever.
