Following the Eclipse Project incident, the dumb Magic Council arrested Lucy and Yukino for being parts of a life-threatening fate, and Lucy also for being part of the Infinity Clock; a threat to humanity. But then, a certain independent guild broke her out, guilty of being one of the reasons she was in prison in the first place.
