Margo Wilson was a super shy and socially petrified teenage girl who the only friends she had was her deaf twin brother. So she had a pretty normal life, not. But when she and her family moves to a new town margo has the hardest time trying to adjust to it, living in rock ridge Michigan was going to be hell. Margo didn't want to leave New York because she felt safe where she was but she. But then at her first day at her new school, she meets Malcolm, the big brooding loaner who only has one friend and who doesn't talk to anyone else. But for some reason he can't leave Margo alone, Margo wants nothing to do with him but at the same time is pulled towards him, but she doesn't know why.
