Worlds Collide

Inspired by the fanfiction story, Rainbow Flames in a World of Water, with a Cardcaptor Sakura twist added in.
After defeating Byakuran in the future, a malfunction occurs with the time machine, Reborn, Tsunahime and her guardians are sent to the One Piece world instead. There they meet an oddball crew on the way to the Grandline, which could provide a way for them to return home. But will the future Decima want to part with a certain rubber man when they do find a way back?
