Chapter One: New Arrival

Maverick Cane resides in a London tower block but he considers his life to be less than perfect. Working at an unfulfilling dead end job and coming off a nasty breakup, he feels like he is heading for a breakdown. His despondency at his current life will be the least of his worries, however, when a new resident moves in carrying with him secrets. Maverick will find his life and the ones of his friends in danger when they realise they are in the midst of a dangerous and unstable man who will stop at nothing to end them for good.
