Prologue

After the loss of her uncle, life was just getting back on track for the young college freshman Kelly. She was at her dream college LSU and she had a boyfriend she loved dearly, but when tragedy strikes back home things change. She finds herself falling hard and fast for a certain All-American pitcher who is certain to be a first round draft pick once his junior season is over.

Will Kelly be able to survive being in a relationship with a guy who is destined to be a great major league pitcher or will she give up on the one person who brought light back into her life?
