The New Beginning

Katie Bells is a 23-year-old woman trying to find her place. Unemployed and driving through Nevada, she finds herself in Cardensdale, a small town in the middle of nowhere. But there's something wrong with the area. A few problems. A new string of murders are plaguing the area, and rattling police to the bone as the crimes seem to point more and more to human sacrifice. Katie begins to meet interesting people, people that almost seem perfect. Then she meets Amelia. 19-year-old, Amelia Harper who lives next door. Amelia, even though she can't speak, seems to draw in Katie, and as they grow connected without a word, it appears to Katie that Amy is hiding something, and that she knows more than she would like to admit...
