~Prologue~

Skylar Evans-Frost has spent eight years waiting to come home to her best friend. She's been told she's ignorant for keeping hope. Reasons being "he doesn't care why should you?" Or "you were seven you need to get over it." But with a reason as good as hers she's going to see this through. So she goes back to her old town, WoodMerry , to reunite with Samuel Jackson her childhood best friend. However when she gets there a turn of events causes her entire plan and surprise to change.

He doesn't recognize her , and he's changed quite a lot.
