Layla and Nolan are two young business moguls who can't stand each other due to their encounter at a night club. One loves the power, the other is humble. A proposed merger is placed before them. They don't realize that the proposed merger is between their businesses until their first meeting. Also, the father of Layla's daughter, Austin Mitchell, enters the picture. They initially are distant towards each other. But, for the well-being of their daughter, they put the past behind them.
