Scarlett Adams boyfriend, Mitch Rapp, is an Assassin for the government. Scarlett used to be an Assassin until she got pregnant ruining her every chance to be happy. She was training to one with Mitch but they fell in love and Scarlett's mother ripped her and her child away from him. Scarlett lives with her daughter now with her dad while her mom continues owning her fancy magazine company in New York. But what Scarlett's mom doesn't know is that she has been secretly seeing Mitch on and off when he can meet up with her, but when one of their close friends goes missing all hell breaks lose and Scarlett must protect the only two things that matter in this world.
