Prologue

A deadly virus is stolen from a high security lab in Harare and shipped to Botswana where a cabal calling itself The Code of the Eagle unleashes it on the unsuspecting citizens.

An unorthodox and disgraced former Zimbabwean spy Garikai Rukope is roped in to stop the scientists by any means necessary.

Detective Tsholofelo Baboloki of the Botswana Police Services is also on the case.

Running against the clock, dodging assassins and crazy doctors, the two unlikely partners - a washed out ex-spook and a by-the-book cop - fight tooth and nail to save the citizens of Gaborone.
