Prologue: The Calm

Eden and Alex tries to go back to their old life in Los Angeles. Will blends in with the crowd easily and finds that life in the Outside World was easier than he'd expected. But something happens that'll change their life forever. Alex receives a letter from the demigod Refuge, stating the seven words that ruined all hopes of normality: You are welcomed into the Refuge, demigod.

There are some secrets Will and Eden themselves don't know. Secrets someone Eden held dear had kept for ten years. Would everything still be alright between them after they learn the real reasons behind their decade pain?

In the sequel to The Lost Dreamer, everything would turn upside down and ruin the happy ending Eden wished she had.
