A soft caress of hand hit my cheek catching tear that escaped. I shuddered as thrilling tingles danced across my skin from where the hand touched. His hand traveled further down gripping my chin in a soft but firm grip lifting my head up. "Open your eyes." His minty breath fanned across my face, making my head spin. I tried to squeeze my eyes tighter as if I could glue them together. Feeling him lean in closer I tried to pull my head back but he held my face steady. His mouth now near my ear. "Darling," he purred. His head leaned down running his nose up and down the length of my neck, deeply inhaling in and out. "Why don't you open your eyes?" He whispered. _____________________________ Alpha Julian was not a man to be trifled with. Known for his cold hard demeanor and violent ways while also keeping his pack secluded and mysterious. The Alpha never took kindly to people who trespassed onto his territory even if they were human. It was an unspoken rule to not hike along a certain trail into the mountain from the small town Heus, the community knew that. Townspeople would whisper about the wolves running along the forest trails hiding amongst the shadows. What happens with the town receives a new member of the community named Angelica Wolland. She was adventurous. Never have a fear of what next hike she was going to take. Until she comes to her new town. She notices how people hide in their shops and house all hours of the day. People warn her not to go hiking in the woods, but Angelica doesn't seem to realize the true terror that lies in the forest. This is my first story. Please read.
