Midoriya Izuku was viewed as the bottom of the bottom by society. For one he was quirkless and for two he had no soul mate. There was no way a useless beta could get into UA. As a result he was deemed useless, or a Deku as deemed by Katsuki and was shunned by society. But at least he wasn't an omega.
