Description
Ember Rue lost her parents a year ago to a deadly plane crash and with no family to take her in she became an orphan. She is now faced with the challenge of elective muteness and she struggles when she is adopted by a new family, the Enderson's. She must learn to accept her new life even when she is reminded of so many things from the past one. Ciara Enderson had always been the child many looked down upon. Her older sister Drew had all the fame until she was killed in the Exams, a hard test that determined your fate. Now that Ciara has yet to face the Exams, while so many doubt her, she is also faced with her Panic attacks that come daily and on top of that, with the adoption of their newest sibling Ember Rue. Ciara's family now faces the challenge other family across the U.S do, the challenge of accepting the impostor, the replacement of the child that had been killed in the Exams. The struggle for both girls is frighting as they find out what the Exams are really about.
