This story is about Talia and Bane's time in the League, the journey that leads them to Gotham's front door and about a young girl who changes both of their lives forever. A blessing and a curse. *** A/N: 've never written Talia before or a pre-movie fic. I know some people don't like Talia/Bane, so note that this isn't necessarily a romance fic. The story begins roughly around April 2003. Using The Dark Knight's release date as a starting point for the timeline. The Dark Knight, 2008. So the end of Batman Begins takes place in the year 2007, meaning Ra's dies in 2007. The Dark Knight Rises is 8 years after the Dark Knight, so 2016. Talia becomes Miranda Tate in 2011.
