Prologue

Danielle Blake is 19 when her life is unjustly ripped from her by her husband of 2 years. After her death, she becomes an Angel, given gifts that she must learn to control. However, she isn't protecting a human like most Angels. She's protecting other Angels and when someone is killing supposed immortals, Dani, along with her friends are on the case. But what happens when Dani's emotions are tested as well? Can her heart survive another heartbreak?
