The Hunger Games has finally ended and the Rebels have won. But for Pearl Snow, the granddaughter of ex-President Snow, a proposal for one last game has been passed, which could only mean turmoil for her and twenty three others. The end was simply not for them - for the children of the Capitol. They say "May the odds be ever in your favor," but there are no odds and there are no favors. The final Hunger Games is upon them and the people are crying for revenge...Which can only mean blood and death - death to all.
