Sirens can be heard for miles... People rushed inside buildings to find security... Everyone's television played the same news channel showcasing the horrific scenes just outside their homes. My body refused to move as I saw it or them fighting against the medical teams like hungry animals. After awhile, I grew disgusted by the way their eyes turned white without a colored pupil in sight. My mom became chaotic as the world was coming to an end. I didn't know what to say... I heard the pounding on the door immediately following the gruesome news days later. I stood still on the velvet green couch listening.. "OPEN UP!" My mom opened the door to be confronted by a boy around my age, holding a gun with a look of sheer terror.
