This is a series of short stories all interconnected.

Nate is a middle-aged reformed gangster that has turned his back on the dark and seedy side of the business. He has done a 180 and legitimized his business although he still has a foot in the dark side. A vicious rape has him turning his back on the organization and turning to the police to stop a monster he helped birth.
