What if the Eleventh Doctor met an 8 year old Rose Tyler? So basically this is my first time writing a fan fiction and it might not be good but I'm going for it. So far it's just a short story but if people like it I will add more chapters and keep it an ongoing thing. This story is about a new meeting of the Doctor and Rose.
