Verona Paisley, along with younger brother Keagan, is kicked out of her mother’s house by her new step-father. Frustrated, they move into a quaint apartment building that houses many strange people. Keagan is patient, and Verona is pampered. However, the inhabitants of Primrose Crest apartments are not so keen on her snobbishness.
